I joined with Kevin around 3 months ago for a completely fresh start. I have tried every diet in the book, been with numerous personal trainers, starved myself, ate 1 meal a day sometimes 2 if you were lucky and always struggled with food. I had completely fallen out of love with everything including myself.
Kevin called me and walked me through all about what he does. My fitness pal & macros has always been my fear as I could never get it just right. Kevin explained he takes the stress out of it and does this all for you. He worked out exactly what calories, exercise & macros my body needed and tailored a food plan to this to achieve my goals.
My goal wasn’t just about loosing a few pounds, it was changing my body image and feeling better in my clothes. My life can be chaotic at times with the stables, the dog, work & balancing friends/raves/days out.
Kevin uses his own app, on this app gave me 3 exercise plans, 3 food plans, a portal to upload my photos and does weekly check ins. After every 2 weeks I got a new food plan & a weekend plan. By the end I ended up with 7 different meal plans for each day to break it up.
Kevin for me not only became my coach but became a good friend. He forever checks in, keeps me on track to achieve my goals but also made me understand that I can enjoy myself but still be on plan.
I cannot thank him enough for everything he done to help me achieve my goals. I have lost inches, body fat and 17lbs which 14.5 of them were directly with him but most importantly I fell back in love with myself again. My body, the way my clothes felt and the confidence was on a high.

I worked with Kevin for 6 months and lost just under a stone. His meal plans are fantastic I didn’t feel like I was on a “diet” he created meal plans of my favourite meals which makes the process enjoyable rather than a chore. The workouts are great and he is the most supportive coach to work with day or night he is there for advice. I’ve got a much healthier relationship with food I can take away with me from my experience. Highly recommend Kevin for anyone who like me didn’t have a clue where to start with dieting and exercise! He is brilliant at his job.

I cannot thank Kevin enough I felt so confident on my holiday and couldn’t not have asked for better support from him throughout the whole process. Continually holding me accountable and making sure I was loosing each week. Not only was he supportive but understanding that sometimes life gets in the way and he never made me feel bad about that. He would check in every week and also randomly message to ask if he could be of any help. I learned a lot from Kevin throughout this process about calorie counting and how you don’t have to be strict and not enjoy the food you love. I loved the fact Kevin would give a weekend plan to help you stay on track on the weekends. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and can’t thank him enough for everything

Chose to signup with Kevin as a last attempt at loosing weight & having a healthier lifestyle. The onboarding session was an eye opener as he assured me his methods of enjoying the food I liked fitting around my super busy life would get me to reach my goals.

i started a diet and fitness plan with Kev… lost 8lbs and will continue to loose more when back on track😀 loved every minute of it as it didn’t feel like you were on a diet or nutrition plan as he works around the food you like which makes it so much easier to follow. Kev gave me to confidence to step foot in a gym myself which i would never of thought i’d be able to achieve and for that i am unbelievable grateful😀 also during my plan kev would do mini check ins and weekly check ins which helps a lot as if your struggling with something he will happily adjust your plans to suit you. when i had a bad week due to eating out kev would give me the motivation i needed to get back on track which helped alot! not only has kev gave me a better understanding of food but helped me with a new lifestyle and mindset about certain things!! if your thinking about joining and want more of a healthier lifestyle i would definitely give Kevin a message! can’t recommend him enough🥰
