S. H.Horatio, the assistant psychologist I've interacted with through the entire process, is one of the most helpful and kind people i've dealt with in any context. He responds quickly and will go above and beyond to make the patient's experience easier. Dr Jeczmien also has a reassuring manner and has been very helpful. I haven't dealt with any delays other than from the NHS and the pharmacy delivery company, and I receive a reminder email and text before every appointment.
Cons - the prescription admin does seem a little higher than maybe listed at some other places, but if your GP takes over prescribing that shouldn't be a problem.
D. B.Psychiatric Assessment and Treatment is good, friendly and easy to chat to, and in-line with NICE guidelines.
My complaint is to the complete shambles that is the admin set-up of Clinical Partners. Emails aren’t answered, nor follow-up emails, phone calls are made and you’re told they’ll find out and call you back but never do. I’ve had one person at this organisation, Lydia, organise the appointment amendment and call me back and that has been the single positive admin experience I’ve had. And getting that done took two emails and five phone calls overall.
I will never use Clinical Partners again after my care with them is finished, and will warn others against it due to the sheer stress trying to organise anything with them causes.

J. P.I’ve been trying to get an Autism diagnosis for years and I finally decided to pay for a private diagnosis as contacted clinical partners. They were so helpful and arranged an appointment the same week to have an assessment (due to COVID-19 it was conducted cover Skype). The assessment went well and the psychologist was very professional and understanding. At the end of the assessment he talked me through what would happen next and his advice for me. Just over a week later they have said they are going to send my report shortly. The psychologist said he will make suggestions for my work place to put in place for me too! I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve had.
They have really changed my life for the better, I’m so happy!
