I can't recommend Amanda and her practice highly enough. I first began with her practice following the loss of my beloved mother, and I found my sessions with her completely invaluable throughout that fragile time. Amanda has also been fantastic in helping me deal with family and work issues too. She offers a compassionate, sincerely warm, open and confidential space where any topic or issue can be talked about without disapproval or judgement. I have so much respect for Amanda's pragmatic, professional and empowering approach - she has armed me with a fantastic repertoire of emotional and practical tools for dealing with so many different issues.
