I am a long-time psoriasis sufferer who has tried multiple therapies, but have never really seen results. Neli was recommended to me by my dermatologist as someone who can introduce tailored lifestyle changes, along side my medical treatment. Although I was quite sceptic, I got to see her and the noticeable results came literally two weeks after I have started my program. Гледала съм нейната лекция на тема : "Храната - крадецът на щастие : прекратяване на цикъла на хиперфагията и емоционалното хранене". И тя ме впечатли с интересните въпроси, които те кара да си зададеш! Според мен трябва да има повече тясно квалифицирани в тази сфера ( на проблемите с храненето) психолози, защото съм убедена, че много хора имат хранителни проблеми, но не го осъзнават. Бих я препоръчала на всекиго, в когото открия симптомите на хранителни разстройства. Самата аз съм се сблъсквала с тях и бих ги познала.
