When I started my sessions with Janine I was a wreck, I had been struggling with anxiety and depressions through out my whole life and then came the break up that felt absolutely soul crushing…. I moved back in with my mom, I couldn’t take care of myself properly, I had daily panic attacks, it was hard to even get out of bed, leavening the house to buy groceries felt like climbing Mount Everest and I didn’t look forward to anything at all!
After just a few sessions I started to feel more confident and more alive than I have done in years!
Today I can proudly say that I haven’t had any panic attacks in weeks(that’s the first time I can say that in over 15 years) , I’m more social, I’m working out, I’m taking a step every day towards my goals, I’m applying to a new job and I just signed a contract on my dream apartment in Lisbon.
I’m grateful for the break up because it lead me to Janine that helped me break free from my limiting self beliefs and the prison that I had created within myself!
Investing in your mental health is the best thing you can do, Janine is worth every penny and more.

i can wholeheartedly recommend Janine's EFT therapy sessions... i was struggling with anxiety around my studying a few years ago for my new canine massage career but together we spoke to my subconscious to find out where the self-limiting beliefs came from around studying and i caught up with my studies in a really short amount of time after the 3 sessions, feeling much better about them and my own abilities.

I was very sceptical about tapping when I first met Janine however she was very patient and explained thoroughly in easy terms how your brain is wired and how tapping helps to unlock the kinks in your wiring. It took a few months but it worked and since the experience life has been back to normal which was fantastic. She also gave me tips to manage stress if things got too much or I felt overwhelmed I have used these from time to time. I fully believe in tapping and the results it achieves and without Janine things found have been very different.

I went to see Janine for hypnobirthing sessions prior to the birth of my first baby due to anxiety about the upcoming labour. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Janine was warm and welcoming and created a very relaxed environment. She gave me tools to practice in between sessions and for the labour itself which I made sure I put the time in for prior to the big day.
My labour didn’t go to plan due to staffing issues and moving hospitals. I put all the tools into practice and after 7 hours of not being examined. When I was it was established I was fully dilated, however the midwife was so surprised by this she had to ask for a second opinion because she said I was too calm to be at that stage!
Throughout the whole time I used my tools for relaxation I learned in my sessions with Janine. I felt completely capable of handling the pain and got to 10cm dilation with only paracetamol and a codeine tablet! Staff throughout commented about how calm I was, even when being rushed to theatre after a dip in the baby’s heart rate. I honestly feel this would have been a more traumatic experience had I not utilised the skills learned from hypnobirthing and I can look back at my labour feeling proud for how I dealt with it as opposed to feeling fear and anxiety about what happened. Thanks to Janine for helping make it an empowering experience!

You don’t get much better than Janine Mitchell when it comes down to it. I’m the sort of person who isn’t usually comfortable with sharing details, but Janine alleviated that feeling almost immediately with just her manner. I approached Janine, after getting to know her for months, as I knew I was carrying "stuff" around in my head, that didn't need to be there. I trusted Janine to work with me in a non-judgemental way, which she did, making me challenge thoughts and beliefs which I've been able to do, changing my learned behaviours and although I had a relatively good understanding around the general psychology and formation of the self-conscious, I was still very much about "me". My sad feelings, my hurt, my issues, my relationships... Now I'm able to acknowledge where other people's beliefs have been formed and not be "transported" back to "it all being about me". I feel my thoughts have shifted to an easier place, I'm now able to look at things more objectively.

I can honestly say without a word of exaggeration that by using and following what you’ve taught me using EFT and breathing exercises that you’ve completely changed my life! When I came to you my goal was to overcome my crippling anxiety and fear of being isolated if I was out on my own following years of panic attacks and as a result stops me doing many of the things I love. Thankfully this is all behind me because of what I’ve learned from you, my anxiety has all but disappeared now. I’d say I’m around 90% better than I was. The odd time I do become anxious when I’m out and about I just sit myself down for 5 mins and do some controlled breathing and ‘Tapping’ which relaxes me letting me get on with my day.
