My time with Janette was well spent. I felt in safe and experienced hands. I often refer to her resources that have positively impacted my daily life. I am enjoying recovery from depression and can maintain positive mood levels. Since my sessions began about eight weeks ago, I have started yoga, visited the library, supported refreshing cold-water therapy and felt the benefit of an improved diet. Thank you so much xx

I received 6 free sessions through my Employers Assistance Programme and I cannot rate the service highly enough. It was simple to get registered and I could start my first sessions quickly. My counsellor, Sarah, was just absolutely amazing and she helped me so much over a very difficult period. She was so easy to speak to and she listened to everything and remembered so much from our previous conversations. I'm gutted to have finished as I'll just miss chats weekly but she knows and I know she's left me in a much better place than when I started.

I got counselling as my workplace are using HealthAssured as their mental health company. From the start I had a lovely advisor answering the phone at 6:15 in the morning. Was soft spoken, engaging and helpful. Then I got my councillor Diane Taylor, what a brilliant mind! If you do this service, request her. Kind, smart and so helpful. Can not fault this service at all!

I have received counselling sessions to assist me on my road to recovery from depression and grief. Making contact with HA was the best decision I have made and feel so much more optimistic, understood and hopeful. Clare was my weekly tonic, even when she said little because I spoke a lot, I know she understood and signposted me to resources or offered solutions to consider or things to reflect upon. Clare helped me see positivity when all I could see was bleakness. I would totally recommend this service to my staff, family & friends should they need it

I was in such a dark place but Jim my counsellor helped me through that dark into the light. I can’t thank him enough. I didn’t want to do counselling as I thought it was a waste of time, but I’m so glad I did. I’m almost back to myself. Didn’t think I ever recover from my ordeal, but here I am and I’m smiling. Used them through work to get 6 sessions of counselling. I opted for telephone and got a great therapist who has helped me a lot. I liked that they are 24hr so I could call up and ask for help anytime. But I had to wait a week for an initial assessment though because there was a waiting list. Then another week or so before I could start my sessions

I wasn't expecting a miracle cure, I just wanted to better understand the way my mind works so that I could spot the warning signs of how I was feeling sooner in future. If you can't get through to a therapist on the hot line rest assured they will get back to you and if you need structured sessions like I did, then I really do hope you get the experience that I had
