h. t.My daughter was at her lowest point when we were referred by the doctors to Arthur Ellis. Rita was our point of contact and she has been amazing. The difference in my daughter has been over whelming.
Rita has been so professional but also so down to earth. She has provided my daughter with coping techniques which have been so beneficial and which she can take with her in the future.
I can not praise Rita highly enough with her help and support both to my daughter but also to us as her parents. At any point we needed her she always made time for us, even an emergency on a Sunday evening!

Since having mentoring sessions through Arthur Ellis she is a different person, she's happy, positive, chatty and a pleasure to be around. r.We contacted Arthur Ellis after being signposted by our GP surgery as our child was at rock bottom. As parents we felt utterly hopeless and lost how to help him. CAMHS were not able to support and we felt we had ran out of options until we were informed of this service. Arthur Ellis gave us hope back. Yvonne has connected with our child from day one on his level, with patience, persistence and a genuine commitment to help him. I can't thank her enough for her genuine kindness and amazing support. She has made him smile again and even laugh on his darkest days! Yvonne just 'get's it'! on every level, our child's needs and ours as parents. I honestly don't know where we would be without her. She doesn't just say what to do, she actually does it. Our child enjoys the companionship he has with Yvonne because he knows she cares about him. At last our child is making progress and is getting his confidence and self esteem back and it's all thanks to Yvonne's dedicated support.
