K. B.All I can say is this hospital is the best, a family member was put here by Norfolk mental health and all I can say is wow.
The care that they where given was unreal, the staff really do know how to look after people and I felt that he was totally safe and really well looked after. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening which really put me at ease.
The same really cannot be said when Norfolk mental health moved them back to Hellesdon but that is another story.

The food and facilities on offer rival that of many a 5 star hotel I've stayed in, and that the majority of the staff are the very best I've ever seen...

c. j.Was admitted to southern hill in August 2018, what a beautiful place! South facing amazing views really helped me to recover, absolutely loved it there! Full of wonderful people staff and patients hope they all remember what a great time we had haha I’ll never forget how well everyone helped me and the atmosphere how everybody got along like and house on fire haha! Was made to feel very welcome, very at home with everyone kinda like one big family Honestly it was something magical! If I could live there I would! Believe me when I say it’s like a 5 star hotel if not better! laundry done for you, your own room and on suite. The food is delicious very well balanced menu, you couldn’t fault it! Massive compliments the chefs! They even have a sports hall and a football pitch omg! I could just go on and on.. the activities were made to be so fun and really got everybody together I really hope everyone there will remember me I miss you all dearly and thank you so much for your patience and efforts every single day! Overall the staff are extremely patient and very observant over a year later and I could most definitely still name them all! Yes! Seriously that’s how decent they all are! Thank you so much southern hill!
P.s where’s my safe man! Jeez 😂 and I’m still waiting for this job offer what’s going on? 🤣
