I have been having weekly sessions with therapist Hannah Beech for over a year and a half. I'm so grateful for her approachable, kind and professional manner, she truly made me feel safe and at ease. I recommend therapy to so many people now I've experienced what the benefits can be and having that non bias approach can be advantageous. Thank you for everything you've helped me with Hannah ! I have had a wonderful experience so far with NCT, initially starting in person at the Beeston site, I have since migrated to Zoom which has translated well. I have been having sessions with Hannah for over a year now, where her skills have been a wonderful positive influence in my personal and professional life. I don't feel like I am being judged for the things I say and feel it is a safe space to speak about anything I like. I have made marked improvements in controlling my conditions and feel more in control of my own life as a result. She is an asset to the group and I shall continue seeing her for the foreseeable future.

Chanel helped me pluck up the courage to start tackling my fears and things that I found hard in life. She was very pleasant to talk to, and understanding and not once did I feel I was being judged. Through weeks of listening and talking, Chanel helped me build a value to myself which in turn helped me to start tackling my anxieties, fears and worries. I still believe I have a while to go with my self healing, but Chanel taught me techniques, and gave me the courage to push myself in what were challenging times.

I have to say that I was a little reluctant to seek any kind of help in dealing with some issues that seem to re-surface time and again. I am so glad I did.
