I have used the excellent services offered by Trent PTS a couple of times. In the most recent episode I was supported by David. Initially David explored with me what I needed from him. This was really valuable as it allowed me to take responsibility for the therapeutic work. I needed support to work through some troubling thoughts I was experiencing. I needed someone with whom I could explore my thoughts. David was able to offer what I asked for. At the time I didn't feel I needed any formal therapy. At the time I don't believe it would have helped I didn't feel I needed formal thereopy and David didn't force this on me. He offered me the outlet that I needed to enable me to tackle some troubling thoughts. David offered me a structured, safe environment in which I was able to achieve relief. Thank you David and the very kind support staff. I only had one issue. The assessment questions (required to be completed before each session) I found subjective and often didn't fit with how I was feeling.
