I have just had a transformational breathwork session led by Ewelina. My first afterthought is: I need to tell everyone about this! Not only the technique is amazing for unlocking stored emotions in your body, but Ewelina is so skilled at guiding you through the journey of tapping into those emotions, pushing you out of your comfort zone with encouragement and kind words. Ewelina is a great instructor, she approaches us in groups and individually during classes. He is always there to help. I recommend it 😊❤🙌
