I attended Iridas Resilience and Wellbeing program along with a small group of other parents. We enjoyed learning about relaxation, tried Qi Qong, made some Art projects and were treated with a tasty lunch too. I've made some lovely friends all with similar life issues to me and will continue to meet up with them after the program ended.
