Fiona really helped me to understand the route cause of my anxiety and negative thinking which gave me so much clarity. This proved essential to helping me work through those feelings and developing practical strategies for loosing their grip. She is patient, compassionate and easy to open up and I always feel comfortable in her company. You feel physically lighter when you leave! I can’t recommend Fiona enough!
