Excellent service! Pack & Send picked up my item from an auction house in County Laois, Ireland for shipment. The item was of historical value, containing letters and artifacts that were more than 100 years old. Sam and Jamie worked closely with me to ensure that the item could be shipped and clear customs in the USA without difficulty or delay, which also entailed removal of a couple of the items and removal of a heavy wooden frame and glass to reduce costs of shipping. Packing was expertly done; the item arrived quickly and safely! I strongly recommend use of Pack & Send-Belfast East for your shipping needs!

I really highly recommend the service with Jamie and the Belfast office at Pack and Send. I was having a terrible time trying to find someone who could ship some over-sized art pieces to the continent, and was getting either ridiculous quotes or dead silence. Jamie was helpful, transparent and flexible, providing me with quotes and advice in good time. The items were safely packed, sent by an insured service, and arrived ahead of schedule. He really solved a lot of problems for me, and I would definitely go to him for future art shipments.

I have shipped a fragile and valuable item with them, adding the insurance and the service has been just perfect with shipment delivered in 100% good condition and on time. I am using their service once more for I couldn't find anyone else so flexible in picking up parcels even after 6pm. I had been doing remote access to report for a hospital in England from Belfast and the time had come to return the laptop. This was done through Pack & Send. I took out additional insurance to cover the cost of the item. The courier was DHL and the laptop arrived the next morning safely and not damaged. These guys are so accommodating, Needed to ship some stuff from Belfast to London, but no one would be home as they were on holiday and I couldn’t ship it any later as I wouldn’t be there.
