When I read the review by "touchme onmynono" first I laughed then I felt compelled to respond. First of all, I am and have been an MBE Bham customer for a long time and that is my only connection with MBE. Consequently, I have dealt with the Asian girl "A" for a long time :). Is "A" standoffish? Rude? I am not sure. "A" is very busy running the shop floor, answering phones, responding to emails etc. And so what if her "professionalism" slips a little? When my FedEx deliveries got delayed, not through any fault of "A" at all, I shouted at "A" enough times! But, "A" still serves me to date with the utmost friendliness and professionalism. So, I believe "touchme onmynono" review is both rushed and does not serve any justice to "A" and MBE Bham, where I believe all business should come to for their logistic needs!

AMAZING service. Quick, good quality and the woman who was there was really helpful in accommodating every request. My thesis was printed and sent over to Argentina all in the same place. It got there as they promised 2 days later! Great place, very recommended!

We had some very urgent documents to send to the United States. Most of the usual courier services were either vague or very unhelpful. Mailboxes, etc were brilliant - excellent service, professional, reassuring, and surprisingly reasonable. I can not recommend them enough for peace of mind. I used Mail Boxes ect. to ship my computer to Germany. They were very friendly and packed my PC professionaly. I highly recommend it to people who want to ship fragile objects to use their service.

Awesome stuff, my Dad has a PO Box here and he'd send me to collect stuff for him, then I realised I could take advantage of it too! It's been a lifesaver since I'm always at work when drivers comer round to deliver packages.
