It was so easy no que staff nice and friendly when I have had to pick up parcels I have always tool I'd with me but they have never asked fir any I'd this time I never took any I'd and the lady asked for ID she asked me if I had my bank card which I had on me

Just like all Royal Mail offices, this site is working little miracles every day. Short staffed, social distancing and the Christmas rush, it's a wonder the mail is still flowing. If you have post at this centre, rest assured that the staff are doing all they can to get it to you as soon as possible. No one is holding back mail for spite, and please don't go there hoping to pick up a delayed item. With literally tens of thousands of items daily flowing through the system, it's impossible for the staff to locate that ' delayed item', just be patient, it will eventually turn up. Stay safe.

Fast and efficient. Only one person allowed in at a time Just check new opening times. 8-10 Monday and Tuesday 8-12 Wednesday. Not sure of other days. You must wear a mask I couldn't see any hand sanitizer do take your own if you want some

Went to pick a parcel up today as missed delivery. Unfortunately the parcel was still with driver. The driver came and delivered on his way home. Driver route was l55. Please make sure his manager knows as was a legend

I have had to collect many a parcel and never had a problem parking or collecting. Staff are polite and rules due to Covid are clearly signed.

Fabulous service as always,helpful guys on the front desk, parking at the rear of the depot there would not be issues with parking! The front is for disabled customers and Royal mail vans waiting to load up. Always managed to be served in less than 5minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking for disabled cars at the front of the office. Other car parking down the bottom of a hill, at the side of the office which is used by the staff as well.

Pick up Royal Mail parcels from here. Could do with better car parking and the waiting office is tiny. But hey it's a sorting office. Staff always attentive and quick to pick. Don't forget to take photo ID.

Staff in there were very helpful however my overall experience with royal mail was much like being stabbed a million times by tiny little needles all over your body until you slowly bled to death with a sigh of relief.
