If you are going to collect your paracel, be aware you wont be late. They provide you a quick service. Staff are nice, polite and helpful. Ive been plenty times there and always get the quick nice service. Royal mail should be proud of all the staff in this depot. Specially collection point.

Difficult to find, there is an entrance on the Ridgacre Rd but the sign is small and I cycled past it. The service was very efficient. I do hope they refurbish it soon or just pull it down. I spotted some rotting window frames and feel sorry for the people who work there.

I've had two ever so slightly mislaid parcels in the past, they were absolutely spot on in finding and sorting both out (one was delivered to a neighbor but the card had gone missing, the other was filed for a road with almost exactly the same name a couple of streets away). The postal service here is excellent. Five star rating aside, if this isn't your post depot I'm not sure I'd move to the area just for this alone.

Always friendly. But for some reason at Christmas I think they had one staff in and there were 30 people waiting. That's terrible both for the employee abd the customers.

Fast servicing, although there might be queues in some days, especially in the weekends or after bank holidays. Don't forget your id and card(the one left by the mailman). Car park free at site.

I went to pick up a parcel. I went into the office and a man came to see me. I told him my name and showed my ID, he went to get the parcel and gave it to me. It took all of 4 to 5 minutes.

There isn't much to say about a Post Depot; in this case, just watch you way going in as it's a single track entrance, and the parking can be pretty full - and it's really busy first thing.
