Long but successful. I shipped 3 boxes from Switzerland to London. They lost one box. However, after numbers of emails and 1 month later they found it and successfuly delivered. I order something from taiwan to Europe. The first few days the parcel kept getting rearranged, which was not very nice since this all cost time. After asking where my package was. They said they were looking in to it and the next day the package was collected from Taiwan. Just 3 days later I received my package in good conditions and without any extra payment. Even though I had to wait 2-3 days longer then expected, I am very happy with their service and I will be using their service in the future.

Very fast and efficient sevice .. I shipped over 40 Kgs from Germany to Norway and I got it delivered in less than a week. The price is also great compared to other companies.. I highly recommend it ! As a note if you are bringing stuffs from outside Norway you need to attach Custom documents with your shipped packages. I also contacted Norwegian customs in advance and did the required papers to faciliate the process and it worked perfectly. I am satisfied overall with the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

There’s a lot of bad ratings on this company Parcel ABC and I want to let you guys know if you’re sending from Europe to the US it’s more than worth a shot. I sent my items about 8kg worth in a package and I had to improvise and they worked along side me and helped me the whole way and kept me updated. They said it’d take 9-11 business days..it was delayed, but I believe it came on the 11th and last day estimated. Didn’t cost bad at all and Michal cracked some jokes here and there atleast kept it friendly and helped me through the hard time I was having. If I have to move stuff from Europe back to the US again I will definitely use them. Took a chance after seeing more bad reviews than good, but it’s not a miracle that everything was perfect for this one. Super appreciative of you guys. I hope this will help others who are thinking about using them. If you are shipping US to Europe, I’d try using UPS or ParcelMonkey. I used ParcelMonkey, I wasn’t notified when it arrived, but they did a great job handling the situation as well and swift responses. Getting back to what I was addressing, extremely happy with the service and will use again. Thank you guys a ton.

They have an easy to use website that provides accurate and concise information allowing the user to make a quick and informed decision of which postal options to use. My order was processed via UPS who attended on-time, they even phoned first to let me know when they would arrive. My parcel was delivered within the stated timeframe and received in excellent condition. The cost of shipping was very competitive compared to domestic postal service.

I had a big delivery from Spain to Germany, and parcelabc was by far the cheapest option. The pick up was 2 days delayed, but it was easy to get in contact with them. After pick up it only took 2 working days for my boxes to arrive safely. Highly recommend!

Die Lieferzeit dauerte 1 Tag länger als angegeben, nehme ich aber gerne in Kauf für einen zuverlässigen Transport. Für Sendungen aus dem Ausland sehr zu empfehlen!
