N. N.Unable to find my parcels on the first visit, so had to comeback the next day as the woman at the desk did not have the right password for the computer. Not very well managed

Be aware it can get pretty busy and also be mindful it is very small and you will need to be patient whilst staff help customers. Never had any issues and I appreciate the hard work these guys put in based on how busy they get 👍
S. S.What remarks? Very easy access, no one ways etc, plenty of parking spaces! Went to collect my parcel as they left a card. It only took less than a minute for them to hand me over the parcel. Nice experience!
