Urgently needed to send a prepaid return by recorded delivery and Google found this place conveniently located near Brighton Station. Small counter area in a small waiting room. But quickly served and task accomplished easily. Excellent if you live or work nearby.

Overall a positive experience. I've lived in Brighton for some time had numerous postmen and ladies, one in particular we remember fondly Gareth was his name if my memory serves me correctly, ( this was some time ago and he may not be with Royal Mail anymore) , never without a cap and be it winter summer spring or autumn always cheerful even though the poor lad obviously had a terrible sweat problem. I say overall as we had a fellow called Gwyn or Greg who wouldn't even wish us a good morning if we were in the garden tending our chrysanthemums . Keep up the good work everybody your service is greatly appreciated. Rodney and Ann, Elm Grove area.

Picking up a package and sending one off for business. Short line and good (albeit not very communicative) service. Took a little while for them to bring the package around, but overall a good experience and will definitely be using them over DHL in the future.

This was misleading. I am passionate about the monarchy and I was outraged not to see the royals high usual residential not maintained. I have visited Windsor, Buckingham palace, Clarance house and many more phenomenal royal households and have been impressed with their impeccable interiors and exteriors unfortunately I'm sorry to say thats the royals Brighton residence is not fit for the likes of a man like the majestic prince Andrew and the impressive prince George. Good bathroom facilities though. Will be having serious words nonetheless. Also a lack of security is concerning. These royals need protection you know!

Been coming here for years with the family, we are treated like royalty and honestly think of it as a 'Home from Home'. Deducted a point due to my boy not being allowed to bring a bottle of pop in...he's diabetic and it was a hot day. 95% sure the man who stopped him was called Greg.

One of my favourite days out this year. Lovely staff apart from Greg, who kept moaning about how lazy Tom was. Greg is a very angry man.

I had to collect 3 large packages with my baby & toddler with me and the lovely man who served me then carried the packages up to my car in a nearby car park - a veritable Good Samaritan. Staff are always friendly when I’ve popped in and offer helpful advice about the ability to contact Royal Mail to arrange redelivery rather than have to collect from the office, which is especially tricky if you have to come in the car as no easy parking nearby. Very heartwarming that people are so kind.

Can be queuing a little while due to 2 windows in service however no fault of the staff who are prompt and polite. This wouldn't be a problem if there was 1) easier parking, 2) more space under shelter if raining when queuing.

This is not a retail post office - you can't buy stamps or post normal mail here. You come here to pick up items. It also has the latest time of post boxes in the area - 7pm. The staff are helpful but sometimes the queues are long.

Supposed to leave it 24 hours when getting a card through the door saying "we missed you" and picking up your parcel etc... From the post office. I've been in there before same day and the guy was really helpful as I needed the parcel asap he went and searched for it and found it. The second time this happened it was a different guy who absolutely refused to help in any way!! It had been about 18 hours since the "we missed you" card was through the door but the guy wouldn't search for it no matter how many times I explained about my last experience. He was quite rude and proceeded to ignore me and talk to the next person in line. Understandably I need to wait 24 hours but all he had to do was look, so mixed reviews here.

I've sometimes found that my packages have been damage when collected from here. The place is always busy and it would be helpful if it could expand to have a bigger waiting area. People usually have to stand outside and wait which isn't ideal if it's raining. Also you can't return packages here which is a real bummer.

During covid it would be helpful to display your revised restricted opening hours here! I went to collect parcel on Sunday and closed. Most days now only open 11-2pm.

It's a sorting office. It sorts out all sorts of things. Great place to collect your undelivered parcels, well it's the only place as this is where they all end up. If your feeling adventurous then there are also a few mail boxes to put you letters in. Not the sort of place I tend to hang out in but it takes all sorts. Well i am glad we have that sorted now.

Staff were very friendly and I didn't have to wait long to receive my package. However, the location of this place is inconvenient, with the only available nearby parking costing £5.50 regardless of the duration!

Pick your parcels up when they couldn't be delivered, what else is needed? The Sunday openings have really improved things, although you do end up queuing up the road. For a quick pickup the parking isn't great, as most people hover on the double-yellows outside.

Always a wait but it's not a big deal. The staff always seem friendly. Just had your ID ready, you know what you are going there for. Don't waste the staffs time!

Usually there's a que for collecting parcels and letters, you need to give ID to collect anything. They post box outside the building has later posting times, which is good if your a busy person!
