Emailed and called with a fairly urgent enquiry, spoke with Leanne and she was able to fit me in same day within a few hours. Such a massive help and a weight off my mind. Leanne and the driver were super friendly, helpful and professional. Can’t thank you enough for the prompt and efficient service. Items collected and delivered safe and sound within 5 hours of my enquiry. Amazing service!!

An extremely delicate and fragile original work of art by the prestigious French Jeweller, Maison Gripoix, form the 1930’s was successfully packaged and deliver3d t9 a private buyer in the U.S.A. A quick call to Ian at Pack & Send Bristol West was the best decision I’ve made. I needed to send 2 bronze sculptures to both Sidney, Australia and Edinburgh, Scotland and was struggling to come up with a solution. Ian talked me through the process and options and quoted me based on my request. I dropped both sculptures off at the Bristol branch where Ian reassured me of the packaging to be used and how the bronzes would be safely secured. He even went out of his way to get a driver to pick up more specialist packaging from London that wasn’t available locally to ensure my sculptures were delivered on time. Both of my bronzes arrived quickly and in perfect condition and both customers were ‘amazed’ at the standard of the packaging. I got extremely positive feedback which in turn made me look good, so thank you Ian. I’m already planning on using Pack & Send Bristol West to deliver my next batch of artwork and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ian’s Bristol branch to anyone thinking of sending anything anywhere.

I was panicked because we were moving and I realized all of the things that I could not properly pack or take with me on the plane. I had a two day window to find help when I located Pack & Send. I was able to speak with Leanne and she sent someone the same day to collect my items - he came and gathered the items into temporary packing boxes with such care and respect. I was very impressed and pleased. Next, I left for my destination, trusting that everything would make it to me eventually. My biggest concern had been getting the items out of the house before I had to leave. I didn't mind how long it would take to get them to me. I was kept informed as to the progress of my items, when they were packed, what I needed to provide for the shipping and customs information, and when the items were sent on their way with tracking numbers to follow the trip. In the end, my items were held in customs for more than two weeks. I worked with customs and was back and forth with emails and waiting. At one point, Leanne reached out to me letting me know that she had been in contact with the shipping company to see if there was anything more that could be done from her end to expedite the delivery! I couldn't believe it -- Pack & Send followed my items all the way to my door! When everything arrived, it was so well packed and all in perfect condition - everything had been packed with care. I couldn't have done any better. I am not one to write reviews ... even as much as I rely on them for making choices ... but when something is so well done, it needs to be recognized. Pack & Send is as friendly as family and as professional and precise in their work beyond what we have become used to. I am so pleased that I found this service and office and was able to support such a good business. I hope they continue to provide such excellence for years to come! Thank you.

Ian and the team go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. My company and I work with them several times a week to collect, package and send international deliveries of all sorts of sizes and types. They really take the headache out of international deliveries and sort out all the paperwork / customs details for us, at a reasonable cost.
