of McColls PDA system to accept parcels for collection, my parcels were being refused. They would have been sent back to the Shop that I had purchased them from and I wouldn't have got them delivered back in time for Christmas 😳
Peter managed to sort it all out and track them down and called to say I could come and collect my parcels straightaway 🙂
