Service is usually very good. Helpful staff. But their new opening hours are rubbish. Don't open early enough in the mornings. And shut at 4pm! Only one late opening, and that's only until 6pm (used to be 8pm). And half days on Saturday and Monday. And no Sunday opening at all now. Very poor.

Excellent little delivery depot. Is very handy for collecting parcels that cannot be delivered. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had a parcel go here as I wasn't in, friendly staff at this depo and didn't wait long at all for someone to come to the window and get my parcel! Big sign stating id requiered to collect parcel so keep that in mind when collecting your parcel

Moving house today was expecting a delivery (cutting it fine I know). My partner stopped by the delivery office to check it was out for delivery just so we knew it was on its way as tracking wasn’t available and Julian (I believe that’s their name) arranged for the parcel to be delivered to office so we could get it there and then. Went above and beyond and couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much and please give these guys some recognition @royalmail as their a credit to the organisation.

A purely functional building of no architectural merit and poor access. But the service provided is very good and a great asset to the area compared with having to travel miles to pick up a parcel. Opening hours are improved but there is a short closed period 16.00 - 16.30 not s hi own on the web site.

Great staff, generally a short waiting time. If there are issues then communication is pretty straight forward and processes are clearly explained. Did have an issue with an elusive item in the office, but it was delivered when found.

I wouldn't go there for fun day out or anything, so I don't really feel the need to express much about decor and atmosphere. Its there to provide a service which it does well, but obviously it can get very crowded during peak times eg. early morning before work. I've always found the staff are very helpful, cheerful and fast meaning that even if its busy the queue moves pretty fast.

I collect my parcels and mail here when they are signed for. Pick your times carefully as it can get very busy and there is only a small waiting area. Standing in the rain is not fun. The staff are helpful and do get your parcels quickly though.

Great to see that the service has expanded opening hours to accommodate working people. It is even open on Sunday. Can be really busy at times, so be prepared to queue, and if quiet, then you were lucky.

I'd rather they had left my package at a neighbor's but when I went in to get it they were quick. Make sure you take photo ID and the card they put through your door. They are also open till 8pm on Wednesdays.

Asked to pay for a letter with not enough postage paid, but can not have a receipt????. Pile of tosh!
