K. H.Great that I could go pick up my parcel the very next day. So easy to find. Fast and friendly service from the staff, greeted and treated very well and extremely knowledgeable. The small depot contains all of the relevant information and important information about other postal services that are offered and tips for pet owners receiving mail.
H. A.Great service, was greeted by a lovely member of staff on the 1/06/21 around 7.20pm the gentleman was very pleasant and helpful.
L.The office itself would get 5 stars. The reason I have given it a lower rating is because of the post delivery people. They ring the bell, bang the door and, if I don't answer straight away, either dump my parcel in the rubbish bin (!?!), where I have difficulty removing it (and anyway, I don't want my parcel covered in whatever is in the bin, whatever the colour is or removed by the bin men) or return it to the depot. While the depot is a better solution, I then have to get there and drag my parcel home on two buses. Re-delivery isn't much use as the whole process starts again. I am an oldie and getting out of my chair to answer the door takes time. I even put a note on my door to ask the postie to give me time, all to no avail. If the postman would be more cognisant of the possible ability of others, I wouldn't have to go to the office as much.
D. J.Always a queue but the staff do their best. They have started enforcing the proof of ID when you collect parcels. Parking is rubbish. I tend to use one of the side roads opposite and cross at the crossing by the bank.
c. j.Always delivering post to wrong address - ie adjacent street. I get their post and, presumably - as some important papers got put through my door on a Sunday morning which weren't in an envelope - they get mine. Tried all week ringing the number on their website, all times of the morning as they are busy earlier but they never answer the phone. I am tempted to start putting wrongly directed straight into the bin from now on!
