Highly professional service with very reasonable pricing! Fast and friendly communication, fast collection of goods from an auction and speedy quote for the mailing. Painting arrived perfectly wrapped in bubble-foil and in strong box within just 3 days via airmail. All in all: Better experience than with all the other Mail-Boxes I tried before. I’ve worked with Mail Boxes Etc a few times for making wedding and birthday invitations and I will use them again anytime I have a similar job to do. Joe presses loads of buttons and makes my paintings magically turn into a pretty invite. They use good quality card and print with really vibrant colours. Fast service and good prices. I can not recommend the international shipping service highly enough. From my initial telephone call through to the registration and dropping off of my boxes the team at Mail Boxes Etc answered every question and allayed every fear. My boxes were full of personal effects which I was worried about yet it was clear that it was all going to be monitored and managed throughout the shipping process. Andrew was friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Many services we use today make us (the customer) feel inadequate or intimidated for not knowing everything about the service we are buying. Not in this case. I had no idea about shipping boxes to Mongolia, but I didn't have to worry at all. Having been through the process and having just heard that the boxes have all arrived safely, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mail Boxes Etc again. Highly Recommended.

We discovered Mail Box Etc While wishing Colchester, England, wondering around a winding hill while we were trying to find our way back to the Hotel. We were looking for one. We were thrilled and brought all our over packing and new purchased to be shipped home. They did a terrific job packing and combining our boxes. The box arrived the next week in beautiful shape. They where so helpful in creating our design added a few things that made it look more beautiful and printed it out. We then asked how much it would be to have more printed out and the price was great. lovely staff let us know everything via email and help with every thing from font to what type of card it should be printed onto.

Very good service and communications' I have used Mail Boxes at other locations and have always found the packing excellent leaving no worries for buyers at auctions, at a reasonable cost. I’ve been using these guys for years to ship valuable stuff to the US. I’ve always had great value, and communication from them and the only problem I have had in 5 years, wasn’t their fault, but they took it on board anyway and sorted for me. Great service, I would recommend.

There was some confusion as my delivery appeared to have gone missing for some days,and i could not get a logical explanation? I had made a payment for the delivery to a staff member at Mail Boxes but was told later that it had not been received,thus i was compelled to make a second payment to effect the delivery once the item had been found? I have now received the delivery intact but found the process somewhat stressful as the delays required that my clients required answers which could affect their confidence in me.All being equal,i find my previous deallings with mail-boxes efficient and pleasant.But i will have to wait for my next bank statements to see if i have paid twice for the one delivery?To be fair,once the second payment was recognised i received my goods the next day,and i am grateful for that.I hope to continue our buisness once i have established the first payment glitch and initial delays.

Used MBE Colchester for the first time in Nov 2015 and was very pleased with the outcome. Service was fast and efficient and with a minimum of fuss. The end product was of a better quality than from our previous supplier, so will be happy to use MBE again.

Dear Sirs, Thank you for first rate service. I do wish that you would not automatically offer the Special Compensation service in case items are broken en route. The packing is so efficient that the chance of damage is minimal and certainly NOT worth the £30 odd plus VAT charge. Naturally I declined it!

The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable with printing that getting print work done there is s easy. They also offer a worldwide packing and shipping service and sending parcels is just as easy.
