Staff are helpful but there is often a queue to get service and the parking can be frustrating due to lack of spaces available. There is a postbox outside with a late collection time of 19:00 for people needing to post before the last collection of the day.

Practical place to collect parcels but they hold absolutely to the rule of "No slip, no collection". I turned up without my slip, not knowing this rule was more important to them than flipping world peace, and was rebutted comprehensively. I got a housemate to photograph both sides of the slip and send it to me but oh no. I'd just come from remortgaging so had literally every identity proof document in the entire world in my hands. I showed them driving licence, passport, the deeds to my house, but they would not relent. I could have proved to the European high court of justice that I lived at that address but unless you show them that little red slip of card with some scribbles on, NO DEAL.

friendly staff at the counter, easy to drop items off. however the road leading to the depot is like the great canyon, won't be surprised if your car get destroyed trying to get there.

Had a parcel come to my student accommodation which got rejected for Saturday delivery, so made my way to the office and was told they’d have to rearrange my delivery for the next working day. However, travelling all the way from London to collect this parcel I was determined to leave with it as I needed it for Sunday. Two lovely gentlemen, who didn’t have to, but did - took my details and went to look for my parcel among 4 large loads of parcels to be delivered outside and managed to find mine within 10mins. I’m grateful and want to give accolades to their service. Thank you !

There is a SCAM going around saying " Hello Simon called today to deliver a parcel, but you wasn't in" and it wasn't the red in colour paper from the Post Office it was grey, it wanted me to phone the number. I found the right number for the Post Office and the person I spoke to said they have been inundated with people phoning about this. There is an other SCAM tex message say " Hello there is a letter at the Post Office, you need to pay £2:50 as the sender hadn't paid enough ring this number pay the £2:50 and we will deliver the letter" Guess what there isn't a letter and they will have your details. Please take care and if in doubt ask a friend.

Great place for picking up parcels. Much better than Amazon, Hermes and other delivery companies where if you miss a delivery you can't collect

Generally efficient. Quite a journey from my area West of Coventry. My local postman is a great guy. Had to pick this up as a signed for when I was out. Female member of staff at collection point could have been more friendly. Said hello and was generally polite but she just blanked me. Plenty of adjacent parking. Organised collection service. Can get busy, so went early on a Saturday. About average really.

I made several phone calls and spoke to several different workers who were all extremely helpful. Yes, I had to hold for 40 minutes before someone was free to talk to me - but for heavens sake we are in the middle of a pandemic with lots of people off sick!! Hugely impressed and very grateful for the professional and kind care taken. I had been scammed on eBay and needed to locate a very expensive item. Very caring staff. Which can’t be said for the very unhelpful woman at the main phone number of royal mail customer care who basically told me I had been stupid and would never get it back!

Opening times at the moment are abysmal (7-11 weekdays). I have....a job? Believe it or not... I cant attend at this time😂 The place itself to pick up parcels etc is very tiny; only 2 tills and no room to queue. However, the people are always lovely! I've been many times in the past and every cashier has been polite, quick and cheerful:)

The Royal Mail Group service was very helpful, when I reached the premises, there was plenty of parking, so I had no trouble finding a space to part my car, which was a bonus!!!! When I reached the building the queue was really large, I was with my child so in my mind I thought typical I'm going to be stuck here for a while, but to my surprise the staff happened to be really efficient. I didn't have to wait to long to be seen. When my turn to be seen arrived, the staff check my ID and retrieved my package quickly! Before I had known it, I was out!!! Its not often I can say many positive statements about Royal Mail bit on this incident I had a very pleasant experience!!!

Very quick and friendly staff when collecting parcels however there is a severe lack of parking on site. You're lucky if you can find a space within the carpark, and with a small child it's nigh on impossible to park/get the child out/walk to reception with no footpath. Shame they can't do something about this.

Located on the outside of the city. Can only be accessed by car. You use a bus but it drops you off at a certain distance and you have to walk for about 1.5 miles to get there. They open on weekends but close at 14:00pm.

previous collection of parcels have been great. have been here to collect my parcel and have to wait a long queue. And that's on a weekend! the parking is also a nightmare with no where to park for collection. But overall still convenient for me to collect my parcel if missed delivery.

Always find the staff are as helpful as anyone could wish. I've had to visit on many occasions and the rudeness of the some of the customers is handled with complete professionalism. They never seem to "lose it". Recently had a package go missing from overseas. It was confirmed as delivered, but John Homer put on his deerstalker hat and dicovered (via GPS) that the package had been delivered to the same street and house number in a nearby village. He did that in less than 24 hours. As I say, they are complete professionals at Coventry South and perhaps management could throw a little extra resource at the counter during busy times so that unreasonable customers don't think it's their right to vent their frustrations (such as they may be) on the professionals behind the counter.

Had to pick up a lot of mail from here over the last couple of years. Never had a single issue. Sometimes the queue is a little long, and it's a long way from my house, but grand scheme they are really efficient and helpful.

The postman deputising for our usual postman along Humphrey Burtons Road and Stoney Road, using the vehicle registration number ending in FUE has absolutely no regard for the Highway Code whatsoever. This morning he was parked on the corner of Stoney Road on double yellow lines and on the pavement. It’s illegal for anyone to park on double yellow lines, especially on the corner of a busy road and, moreover it’s illegal to park on the pavement in both of the above roads – there’s ample signage for the observant road user. Incidentally, it’s not the first time I’ve seen him or one of his colleagues deputising for our regular postman doing exactly the same thing elsewhere in the neightourhood.

The review should be about the place itself, not really about busy roads to get there. And yes, at this moment it is a nightmare but the office is ok and looking further I don't think it gonna stay like that. IMO old roads will soon get an upgrade and some current works will end as well.
