I have received goods from family in Kashmir through the derby branch twice now, each time the chap has called me prior to arriving.
He has informed me he wil be arriving at what time and on this occasion he even delivered to a different address as I was not home.
They were both the epitome of professionalism.
Highly recommend the service and definitely will use them and push family and friends to use it too.
