Always found this place to be the best one out of all the Amazons(all of Europe) I've delivered to, until today. I really have no ideea how much of a jerk you have to be to do this. Could as easily just put it aside

Really great tour, brilliant to see the warehouse in action, and even got to see a fault and the engineers quickly come out, fix it, and safely get things moving again. There was a clear focus on safety throughout, and I picked up on simple things like domed mirrors at the entry to every aisle to see if anybody was present or heading your way. Staff all seemed happy, and I saw no whips brought out to spur them on towards their targets!

I'm HGV driver. It's my favourite depo. Everything is there. Nice and quick team, very kind and helpful. Clean toilets and clean shower. A lot of space. Fantastic Amazon warehouse :) I'm most satisfyingly of this place.

For something you go do for free, this was fantastic. Everyone on the tour was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. It was a really interesting insight into how the warehouse works from start to finished. Well worth a trip.

Had a tour today with Neil, Gary and William. The tour was amazing. It was brilliant to see the immense scale of the operation, yet it all seemed so calm and worked like clock work. The tour guides were very friendly and relaxed. I would thoroughly recommend. And yes, the employees looked well looked after, and were able to go to the toilet, contrary to media reports. Totally free, professional and even got a little free gift on our exit.

Well worth booking one of these tours, which are free of charge and really informative. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the tour itself was very interesting. Took about 1.5hrs and at the end we received a free gift. This tour would also be great for primary aged children, as they are more interactive with them too. Highly recommended 😊

I took my 7 year old son yesterday for his birthday as he loves seeing how things work. He was absolutely engrossed in everything! He asked so many questions and each time they were answered in an age appropriate way with just as much enthusiasm! The tour was very informative and I could see how absolutely everything is done! I wasn't sure what to expect but IT WAS BRILLIANT. I am a prime member and have often wondered how my multiple orders are put together in the same box and delivered next day. Neil are guide took us through the process from start to finish so now I know. There was also 2 Marshall Jane and Larrissa who kept us safe whilst on the factory floor. I am disabled and they helped me so much. I would like to say a big thank you to them all for the tour. I would jump at the chance to do it again some time. They also do longer more in depth tours for schools etc. Yes the coffee machine isn't the best but it's all free so we couldn't complain. The tour is also completely free. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Once again a big thank you to Amazon.

A very informative tour given by Neil. The working environment was nowhere near as pressurised as I expected and the warehouse was spotlessly clean. Many interesting facts passed on and health and safety was obviously a high priority. I have deducted one star as we were a large group and the issue of headphones, receivers and hi-vis vests was a bit chaotic at the start. Nobody mentioned these before we entered the room whereas if we had been informed to collect these on entry from the tables on which they were arranged on things would have run much more smoothly. Alternatively, have the guides give these to each person as they enter the room. Overall a very enjoyable and interesting 1.5 hours. As bonus for myself, it was my birthday and they had obviously been informed of this as I was presented with an Amazon gift card at the end of the tour. A very nice touch which was much appreciated.

After submitting to our 12 year old daughters wish to visit Amazon Tours I found late availability on Facebook and booked us all in. Well what can I say.... having worked in warehouses and stock control goods-in and out I thought the tour would just be more of what I already knew. How wrong was I!! The innovation and logistics of Amazon along side their Customer Service Commitment is absolutely something we can all take something away from their tour. Our Tour Guide was called Neil who led us on a journey to share the knowledge he had of his workplace, his pace, tone, pitch and preparation for what to expect next along with controlling us visitors was second to none. Neil was an example of staff who just love what they do and wanted to share this with others he guided round young and old. The children on the tour behaved really well and Neil engaged with them regularly throughout with enthusiasm and a smile. Definitely worth doing again and better than most other tours I have been on of other attractions in the past. Well done Neil we loved the tour of Amazon today, and thank you Amazon for allowing us the insight!!

A very interesting tour around the Doncaster Fulfillment Centre! It’s brings to life the whole process from ordering your goods and the journey within the warehouse! I love the technology being utilised and the operation is slick! It was very well laid out and I could spend hours watching the operation at work! Just completed the tour with the Stumperlowe Probus group today the 30th Oct 2019 Brilliant tour guide listening equipment excellent. Tour helpers kept an eye on the least mobile of our group carrying a chair for him.The scale and operation of the place impressively overwhelming. A lot of negative comments by the press dispelled on employment Lovely gifts offered at the end an excellent experience which I would gladly do again. Follow Pia to perfection. I was in two minds when I went to Amazon LBA2 for a guided tour. Expertly guided by Pia with the assistance of Larissa I was to spend the next hour somewhat in awe of the high TEC kit systems and Random stowage. Utterly brilliant & do’t forget I have been involved in warehousing and intralogistics for more that twenty years. Well done Amazon and what a superstar Pia turned out to be. Well worth a visit for anybody who has ever clicked on a bargain.

The missis and I went here for a tour. Really easy to get there, lots of parking. You show your ID them you get a drink and wait for the tour. Starts off with a quick safety induction then we got a hiviz vest, ID and a headset. The headset is because of the ambient noise in the centre. Loved the tour. So clever to see how it all works and pretty amazing considering they are doing this for free. Takes about an hour and a half to go round. Almost all of it is accessible apart from one part up the stairs. Totally worthwhile and highly recommend the experience.

I was part of a Rotary visit to LBA2 today at 3 pm. The tour lead was very professional and very informative. He provided very useful detail about the company philosophy and explined how the different parts of the facility functioned . He answered all questions put to him an I thought he was a credit to the Amazon company . Thank you.

Worked at Lba2 for a number of months picking. I enjoyed my time at Amazon and would recommend people give it a go. It can be hard work and yes they do monitor performance. Which companies do not expect people to work hard and monitor performance though? I never had any issues. I found the health and safety to be really good. Management to be courteous. Training was good. Never had any issues with pay. Would recommend if people are interested to try for yourself.
