E. C.The gentlemen at Mail Boxes Etc in Southtbridge were great! I didn’t have room to bring everything home with me from my 3 week trip in Scotland so I shipped the heaviest and most breakable things home. I just got the box and am so impressed! They made the box fit my items perfectly, and even packed my smallest breakable item in its own box, reinforced with cardboard and bubble wrap. Thank you, thank you! Will definitely be using you next time I am in Scotland!
C. A. (.Over the last month I have had two deliveries of PICTURES bought at AUCTION and sent to London. Each time the packaging has been superb, robust and substantial. Great care was taken over such delicate items and TNT delivered them the following day in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
T. W.We were in Scotland in June and shipped a package with items we did not need to carry around. When we got home (The United States) the package had not arrived. I had placed no less than 50 calls to FedEx trying to find out where it was. Evidently it had gotton stuck in customs and had disappeared. I filed a claim, which FedEx rejected saying that the shipper had to file the claim. I reached out to MBE SouthBridge begging for any assistance. Dag quickly responded and was in direct communication with both FedEx and myself for weeks. Dag's service was simply outstanding, it was so refreshing because I could tell he truly cared and was urgently trying to solve the puzzle. I was blown away to find out this weekend our package was in fact located and on its way to be delivered this week. I cried I was so happy. Dag is the poster child of what excellent service is - thank you so much MBE and Dag!!!

R. C.A really handy alternative to the post office, friendly staff, good prices on envelopes etc and postage fees are totally reasonable. The staff will also advise you on how to post things and help choose the appropriate methods and packaging. They will help you if you go in with a USB stick and need documents printed. I've never used the mailbox facility (for business addresses etc, receiving mail) but if it is like the rest of the shop it will be good value and managed by friendly staff. If you need something posted, stationary or printing I would highly recommend this family run business.

K. G.I posted a package after the recommended last Christmas posting dates and I was surprised and pleased when it arrived at its destination on Christmas Eve. Mail Boxes is a better alternative to Post Office Counters as you are not subjected to an intrusive inquisition regarding the contents of the items you want to send. The staff at Mail Boxes treat you like an adult, show trust and accept your word when you state that you have followed procedures and not packed anything classed as prohibited.

They are happy to help with all my editing needs - for those of us who arent very technically minded. The quality of their printwork is great, Ive always been delighted with the results. They always produce items so fast, much better than ordering things online and not knowing what you will get...And their prices are really competative. Cant recommend them enough!! :)
