I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the products I receive from Amazon Local. Today I had a problem for the first time, and it was rapidly resolved by a Ms. Cynthia B. May I please ask you to ensure that she is recognized for the invaluable assistance she gave me? The survey link for me to do so could not open and I could therefore not express my gratitude to her expediting my order of the Jersey Kabloom Hanging Baskets. Cynthia was professional, competent, went out of her way to sort out the difficulty I was having getting the voucher redeemed, and she seemed truly happy to be of assistance to me. The personnel who manage phones are the first people with whom a customer transacts. They are crucial to the image an institution wants transmitted. Cynthia was simply wonderful--she "did you proud". She made me feel that I was an important customer; that Amazon Local would continue to be wholly reliable in the adverts it publicizes; and she did all this with a lovely sense of humour and infinite patience. I have not received my baskets yet, of course, since the transaction was resolved only today, but I would be remiss if I did not tell you that she is an excellent representative of Amazon Local. May I please ask you to relay my appreciation to her, and my compliments to you in having such competent personnel representing you. Thank you.

This has made my life much easier, frustrated of missing oarceo or having to catch neighbors when they are in. Gives you three days to pick up which is nice and flexible, plus it's easy to use.
