I recently had a very important package that I had to get to London and I had tried a few companies but as it was late in the afternoon, had no success with them. I called Caledonian and was greeted with a very friendly member of staff who assured me that they would take of this for me. The driver that collected was equally as friendly and reassuring. My package was delivered the following day and they even called me to tell me who had signed for it! If you want a friendly personal service then I can't rate Caledonian and their staff highly enough.
