B. P.Does the job. Not a lot of parking and some of the staff can be grumpy. It's a small office which can mean queuing outside if busy.
A. H.Staff are efficient and polite. Very small office so be prepared to stand outside in the cold at busy times.
L. S.I went (on a Sunday) to the depot to check when it would be open, as I didn't trust the times on the website. I arrived 1 1/2 hours before it opened, but a very nice Indian gentleman ( who turned out be a manager ) took my red card and retrieve my parcel. What great customer service, the Post Office is very lucky to have leadership like this.

W. M.The staff are exceptional in the collection office and always polite and civil. We're in a pandemic so opening times will be up in the air at this time. The 1 person at a time in the office for collection is a good rule. The staff follow it so why did someone this morning enter the office when someone was already in the office. simple. They either didn't see the sign stating 1 person only or they cannot read or they just did there own thing. Its no surprise this bug is still spreading but you cannot blame the Royal Mail and its a staff for this.

Generally fine, but parking can be tricky. Staff have been nice to me despite having to deal with miserable sods all the time.
G. F.The staff have always been professional in my dealings with them and follow the simple rules on the card for everyone's security. The posties are great, really personable and helpful. They've even popped back with a parcel if they saw me arriving as they were driving off.
