U. S.Before I review this place, I only use it to pick up parcels when I've missed the delivery so can't speak to the other services offered here.
I will say that the staff are pleasant and get the parcels as quickly as you expect
Only bad thing is that it gets busy, but it's so small they couldn't have more staff there even if they wanted to

A. M.They stink. I won a picture of the rangers captain with the league trophy. It was smashed by the time it got delivered. I was told that the pic was sent to Belfast cos it never had a return address it would be destroyed. I'm absolutely raging. I won the prize in a raffle so I was over the moon. Royal mail have a lot to answer for. OK, rant over. Andy
K. S.Some staff are rude and aburpt. I was using the print to label service and my qr code wasn't scanning well and the staff member started shouting at me to do it properly. I suffer from anxiety and ended up dropping my phone from trying to rush at enlarging my qr code. I know they are hard worked and have to get things done but should have some tact in dealing with customers.

E. T.Often have to wait outside in the rain as this office seems to be busy all the time. It seems like the staff are working flat-out, but there are just too few of them to service such a large catchment area. Mid-morning seems to be a reasonably good time, but it can still be very busy especially leading up to Christmas.
J.Generally quite poor. The opening times are unreliable, not to mention that arranged redeliveries aren't delivered. It's getting to the point where I want to avoid retailers that use Royal Mail.
R. L.Very busy at the time I visited. I was amazed that they are open 7 days a week. The opening hours are published in Google maps. Pleasant experience. They are quick. The que sent down fast. My package was found and given to me within a minute. Undamaged. Perfect. Just remember to bring your card that you weren't in and ID. Your Debit bank card is good enough for that.
C. M.I didn't receive a card to let me know I received my items and cause no one home they returned it to main office then when I went there they had sent the items back without trying to redeliver them not a good way to do things had to wait 6 week's for items to be redelivered
t. l.Mostly quick service, occasional queue at peak times eg Saturday morning.
Note that you must have ID and delivery card as a few of them are totally jobsworth about it. Also you can't post items here, only collect.
Beware of the bus lane opposite: if caught driving in it =£30 fine
P. S.Friendly and helpful staff in this sorting office. This is NOT a post office - very limited counter service - mainly for collection of parcels etc. There can be fairly long queues at times.
I. R.Best Royal Mail collection office I have had to deal with. Long opening hours, available staff and reasonable queues make it pretty convenient 7 days a week.
