Perfect. Visited mid-week to eat in, the place was spotlessly clean and Melissa (our server) was welcoming and happy to confirm the gluten-free status of every element. The fish was tender and delicious, the gluten free batter was crisp, not greasy or soggy, chips were fab - loved every bite. Thank you!

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday and the entire visit from start to finish was excellent the food was hot well cooked and some of the best chips I have eaten. The service was on par with a 5 star star restaurant and both ladies were so friendly and professional. 5 stars oh yes

Took my wheelchair bound Dad to the resturant here and to say the experience was good would be an understatement. The chips were superb, probably the best Ive ever had. Service was excellent and the menu very keenly priced. Suffice to say, if you are ever visting Hull, like I was, make a beeline for this place, wheelchair friendly and easy parking on the main road or side streets nearby.

It's not a bad chippy to be fair, very reasonably priced. I used the take out side. I've not used the restaurant, but I probably will at some point. Really good size fish I only ordered a small and it was quite large in my opinion.

Our neighbourhood chippy where they know & love us. This place has some of the best fish & chips in town (best eaten in) & goes out of its way to accommodate everyone's needs/preferences. Right across the street from the park. You'd be hard pressed to find tastier or friendlier anywhere.

Ordered on the app, the Family Feast, which is cracking value for money. The food arrived hot and I have no complaints over the batter being soggy. There was tons of chips. Very pleased!

Provides gluten-free options with dedicated fryers, you'll be waiting a bit longer but the fact that a place like this provides gluten-free options at all is great, food is well-labelled so you know it's been attentively checked as you take it out the door with a big 'GF' written in marker pen.

Spot on fish and chips. We drove over to Hull for a day trip and the plan was to have fish and chips. Spent the day in the shopping centres finding some lovely bargains and then it was food time. Popped into Google "nearest fish and chips" and East Park came up. Wow I'm so glad Google took is here as it was smashing. You can eat in or take out. Theres a restaurant bit and the fish was MASSIVE!. 5 star food rating was on display and was clear to see around the place it deserved it. Clean areas and the staff were very efficient. We were in and out in a flash with hot food. Parking isn't the best as we had to park in a side street. But I dont care - would walk a mile to this place to get them again 👍👍

East Park Chippy opposite East Park is lively, good fresh and tasty, however their chip shop in Sutton is extremely hit and miss. Mostly miss if I'm honest, sorry guys but soggy batter, chips undercooked or over cooked - they just can't seem to get it right. We actually don't go there anymore. Usually go to holderness Rd, but have started using Papa's Bilton - never been disappointed there. Love the guys at East Park but travelling there as opposed to Bilton is a lot harder + they don't have parking so Papa's comes out top for that too.

Great Service and Great Value. Lovely Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas all for just £7.75. The fish was enormous and had fresh white flakes... Gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also now deliver :).

Go here quite a lot and everything is always perfect and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming when ever you walk through the door. Quite often use the app for home delivery and food is always on time and piping hot. Excellent place for food and can’t wait to be welcomed back in the restaurant when things get back to normal

Im a big lad who likes his grub and i was full to the gills off just a medium portion .i highly recomend you try this place out.. you wont go to any other chippy after you try these.very tasty and great value and the staff are great if you order a delivery its their in no time .

This place really is as good as people say. I know everyone loves their local chippy, and we all think ours is better than everyone else's. I am the same, I still love the one where I grew up. But give this one a try... The food is perfect every time, portions are really generous and its a nice clean place too. The staff are really friendly too, always up for a laugh. We use the restaurant from time to time too, it's great for an easy quick meal out with the kids 👍
