Had an issue with a urgent part delivered item, which was no fault of Hemisphere, the freight forwarder, simply a mess caused by the courier nominated for them. Contacted Hemisphere to see if they could help and from the MD down to the driver the problem was solved seamlessly, efficiently and with complete professionalism. Missing items were delivered within 3 hours of first contact, and a wedding was saved. What a fantastic company. They didn't have to help, it wasn't their problem, but they did. They could have passed the buck, as the easiest thing to do, but they didn't. They could have turned their back, but they stood up front and centre. All credit to them. Harry Croome along with Dan Leach done a great support on all sea operation and special projects within Europe Thank you will not resemble the 24/7 support on all jobs. On other side for air operation Daniel Norris , Andy Jordan, Jamie Amara, Chris Hill have also done a decent efforts to accommodates all request with all their challenges dealing with VVIP customers with all obstacles. In general The One Logistics have dealt with most of the workers within HSF and all were very helpful. Teamwork is clearly reflected as one of the main company values. At the end I would also mention that everyone showing Trust & Respect. I hope I have covered everything as HFS team in general well deserves all the best for their outstanding work.
