J. H.I use Rapid Dispatch for my business deliveries and have for the last few years. The service is on the whole very good. When dealing with lots of fragile deliveries, obviously there are a few bumps in the road, but the packages travel through a long network, so can't attribute to Rapid. The customer service team are super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend these guys as a delivery partner.
