Helpful in correcting the wrong address not being updated by TNT, despite emailing me that that they had. TNT has a major glitch in their system if you try to update the address for BRP collction

If you've missed your collection or just dropping off a reception your parcel/s. At the front entry gate put your hazard lights on and keep them on for the whole time you are in the depot. Go to reception with your parcel/s. Ring the bell but expect to wait a little while. They won't sign your document due to Covid. Otherwise pretty good. These guys do a job, and a good one at that.

Not signposted very well for Joe public and so difficult to access on foot. By car you have to follow TNT lorries and hope for the best.

Our company switched from UK Mail as their driver struggled to make our parcel pick up time every day. TNT driver lovely and polite, always makes timely collection and all parcels appear to get to their destination nice and early next day. After 3 weeks no missing parcels, very low number of misrouted items compared to other carriers. Credit where it is due - would recommend.
