Delighted with Adrien's service - we had to move 2 heavy furniture items approx 150 miles, from the first prompt response Adrien answered our many emails courteously and fully, and on the day he kept us fully informed with messages that the items had been collected, then an approx time of arrival, and finally a text when 30 mins away. He helped unload, and the furniture was strapped in and protected with blankets, much appreciated as it was a wet day - and no doubt very unpleasant driving conditions for him. To cap it all his was the most competitive of several quotes, he offered two payment methods, had five star reviews, and was professional and friendly throughout. Thanks, Adrien!

Adrien's courier service was excellent: he transported a large, fragile item twice for me very efficiently. He was very friendly and accommodating and I would certainly use his transport services again.

Adrien, is very polite and takes great care in delivering your items as if they were his own. He collected the items over 200 miles away and delivered them to me and was willing to take them up two staircases with the help of my Hubby. These tables were for my hobby room and are quite heavy. But Adrien kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful and more than willing to put them in the room of choice provided they fit of course.

Adrien is fantastic, really helpful and helped organise the collection and delivery of a large sofa. Throughout the whole process he was polite and communicative, the sofa was delivered in perfect condition and he had taken great care to ensure it was protected and didn't move around the van. Adrien even helped get it into our living room, he also took Covid precautions wearing a mask and gloves and keeping 2m distance wherever possible. Fantastic communication. Adrien got in touch straight away, organised the pickup for me and everything went like clockwork just as he said. He texted me when he was 30 minutes away which was great. Did all the unloading and everything was well protected in his van Would definitely recommend and use again.

This is the first time I have engaged Adrien to pick up a package for me but I chose his courier service because of the excellent service I received when he delivered some items to me from a retailer. As before I found him to be reliable, courteous and overall a pleasure to do business with. Adrien was so honest, he let me know that he was not available but as soon as he was able to get a gap in his diary, he immediately contacted me and said he could do the pick up, the next day. He was so understanding and respectful. He was very social but never over stepped. A gentleman and he was so careful with the handling of the delivery. I am going to recommend him to all my family, friends and clients. I would definitely use his services again with no hesitation. He worked hard and completed the job without breaks. It was so hot today but he didn’t even ask for water. It fact sorry I forgot to offer him a drink, as I was aware of the traffic and time for him to finish.

Highly recommend, First Of Haul Couriers is a extremely efficient professional operation run by Adrien who is very polite and honest. I personally found his operation stress free, First of Haul made it to the pickup site on time which kept the ebay seller happy, and arrived at my house in the time slot he gave. On price the company was very competitive and I chose First of Haul over the other courier companies down to the communication via email and text and fare price they quoted for the job. As I said in my opening paragraph, highly recommended courier service to anyone that wants a stress free pickup.
