The guy processing the parcels was great. Helped out as much as he could, considering Amazon didn't give me all the info I needed.

Never had any problems with them. The only issue is that due to covid they've had to change their schedule several times which can be a hassle for a 9-17 worker, when hours restricted, but they've always found a way to accommodate most clients. And the staff have always been nice and helpful.

Guy at window was very nice and very informative! Went to the wrong place and he sent me in the right direction. So maybe it's just my ignorance, but not all posts services are equal. I think this is only drop off and pickup.

Went to collect my parcel and there's signs at the entrance 'authorised vehicles only' and double yellow lines on the road. So parked on side street only to be told by the parcel guy that after 1:30pm you can drive into their car park. Moral - if in car, pick up your parcel after 1:30pm

Collect missed parcels is a pain, mainly because it is sooo difficult to find a parking place even though their yard is nearly always empty. I know they are trying to protect the public but I got news for them. I've been there six times and noticed... The public don't stick to the 'safe' path. The car park is more or less empty each time I've been there. External parking is difficult as the road has a bus lane. Would suggest that you review your h&s assessment to include these issues

It's OK, service is quite quick Although could be quicker. My only real complaint is that it is very far out the way if you live the city centre area. And the busses are only every half an hour.

Parking is poor as there is a car park but not for public use and street parking is limited. The collection point is not to bad, and has shelter but only when being served, if waiting your turn you are just outside, although you are seen to quickly and efficiently.

Went to collect my parcel today (usually hate to as staff are impatient, and rude) but a different lad was present, He got my parcel in a matter of seconds! Brilliant service, thanks to him, was very efficient.

If you are not in when they try to deliver something they will leave a card saying they have called you take that card and some I'd something with a picture down to that office walk in keep left, you will see where to go when you get closer ring the bell a get what you need to pick up and your done.......
