Really didn't shine for me, goods in van on 24h delivery then returned to depot. Delivered after bank holiday. Contacted via online form but they failed to reply or acknowledge. Can't rate more than 3 stars as they just weren't good enough. Didn't do what they were contracted to do and failed to communicate when contact made. Sorry guys but 'swift' didn't deliver swiftly.

We have had an account with Swift for many years -along with other courier companies we use -but they stand out for customer service. As couriers go they have a good company culture -once one of Swifts founders collected our goods in his Lexus; he'd offered to help his team under pressure! Helpful for sending to N. Ireland with new legislation changes.

Great Company! went to parcel force first and they were too lazy to take a car front panel, “they” sent us to you and so glad they did, whole thing took 15 mins! £32 Bargain and delivered the next day! Id definitely use them again

Staff at the depot were really friendly and the fact that the depot is open until late is a real bonus. It's not that obvious to find the customer entrance, and you have to be buzzed in before you can ask about anything. Great company, but loses a star from me as the actual delivery guy wasn't all that helpful or friendly.

Absolutely outstanding service, Swift has gone above and beyond to keep delivering throughout the current situation. Their service is above all other services available!! Would not go anywhere else!!

Interesting to find in the dark and fog. But fairly quick service once we could get in. Me and a couple of customers waited for someone to come out of the warehouse and man the front desk to hand out parcels.
