M. M.No problems with the service here but disappointed that Edinburgh Rico had closed without warning and only found out when trying to find out what had happened to my parcel.
F. B.My employer uses various Rico points for the delivery of parcels and I use this particular branch as I stay locally in Livingston. Always find the staff helpful when I turn up to collect packages. Not had any issues using this service so would recommend to others.
Parking is good to the rear of the building so if you need to collect larger items you could get a van inside.
