Fantastic and friendly service from Isaac today who delivered my Co-op shopping in Bromley BR1. Guilherme Eco Fleet Today Coop failed to deliver my order. I phoned their customer help line but after waiting over half an hour I gave up. The order should have been delivered by 5.00 pm. I tried the store but it was closed. At 6.45 Guilherme arrived. He had picked my order and delivered it as soon as he could. My wife and I were very impressed by his helpfulness and his concern. He showed a great deal of initiative. He is a real asset to EcoFleet and to the customers he helps. First class!

I admire the Ecofleet for its innovation and creativity. The team sets a day of ride safety before you started the job which gives the confidence that you need to do your tasks daily. You have fresh fruit and stuff for you to refill your energy whenever you are in warehouse. The team but especially Farah is sensitive for what happens on the road, for example: if is raining day she is thankful ( is someway you’ll see the thankfulness) for the effort that you gave. It’s was a nice experience to work for Ecofleet.

I've had good experience with the company. A special shootout to Tay in particular who came back to deliver my package despite being turned away by the unreasonable concierge at my building the first time round. Also unlike the big courier companies, you can actually get through to an actual person without having to wait for an hour if you want to contact customer service. This is something I found useful.
