Using Pak Cargo for many years and never had a problem. They tried to accommodate my consignment in shipment snd chased me for early delivery which helped in reaching goods on time. Communication was superb and never had any issue whenever I called on whatsapp number . The goods I sent were very fragile and the way they packed was immaculate every thing reached in perfect order without any break or damage. i would recommend if you want to send any tv or fragile stuff do not hesitate to contact Pak Cargo.

Very good, reliable, on time and trustworthy service. Sent a Brother A3 size multifunction inkjet printer (desk style, not free standing) with sealed inks. Delivered in 40 days at home and well packaged, with bubble wrap and labelled with no damage at all. Really pleased with service.

I have been using their services for more than 5 years. Their staff is very polite and courteous and through out this period of more than 5 years I have received excellent service. I can recall that on one occasion they went out of their way to accommodate me. However, that said, things can go wrong like a delayed pick up or delayed delivery. Recently and this was for the first time ever that I experienced an unusual delay which is understandable given the type of operations and agencies involved. I feel that a straight forward explanation to the customer is more satisfying and helps understand the delay and in this one case the explanation was not very straight forward. Despite this annoying delay I have to balance their performance over the many years of satisfying service that they have provided me and have no hesitation in rating it as a 5 star service.

Very happy! I have struggled to send package to my friend from UK to Pakistan as I had some electronic devices fro her. The another couriers companies said no by aeroplane. This one has option by ship - but it takes weeks. Anyway, as we were not in hurry we took a chance and for good amount of money my 5 kg package was happily delivered to her!

I highly recommend Euro Pak Cargo Service for sending the stuff to Pakistan. They are very professional and the plus point is they keep you informed about their upcoming visit to your area. They have all the necessary tools in their van to seal the sack safely in front of you. I am using their services for second time because my first experience was very good as my family received the stuff with in 6 weeks. Very happy with the service. The receptionist on the phone was very professional, they called confirmed the date and time a few days before the pick up date. Arrived exactly at the time mentioned. The men who picked up the packages were extremely helpful and very professional with their work. I used their service last year and decided to go for it again, I have not been disappointed. I swear by these guys. There are other companies we have used in the past who are slightly cheaper, but for that small difference the service is chalk and cheese. We always had stuff missing from our shipments. We use euro pak cargo now for all our shipping to Pakistan (and we do send frequently) we’ve never had an issue with things going missing etc. Will never ever use anyone ever again inn sha Allah ta’ala.

This was my first experience with Euro Pak Cargo, I was very scared initially but my relative who resides in london referred their company since they are one of the reliable cargo service providers, Consequenltly, I ordered through them but the parcel arrived late due to the prevailing situation, however, their staff in London who are available on whatsap updated every time I inquired about my shipment, I was every time informed/updated about consignment, I would certainly say that their staff is the most mannered and patient as they everytime most humbly informed me about the status of the consignment. At last I got my parcel and alhamdulillah I got all the items I ordered, the shipment got understandably late for which I cannot blame the company, I got all what I ordered and that what matters. Definately I would recommend the Euro Pak Cargo and in shaa Allah will be ordering again soon!!
