A. J.Staff being helpful was a great plus.
But overall service for a parcel that left #Johannesburg 10 days later than scheduled meant someone missed Christmas with their family.
M. (.Looking for a Fed Ex service last Saturday, I came across Fed Ex London in West Brompton via a google search. I called and spoke to Eva who was very professional and polite. She told me that she they were closing shortly, but went out of her way to tell me that should I make my way soon she would wait for me - which she did. I had forgotten my commercial invoice, so Eva requested I email it to her over the weekend so she could ship the package on Monday - which she did. It was a really positive customer service experience. Thank you, Eva.
s. f.I can honestly say that the good people at this Fed Ex have been amazing. Prompt to respond to enquiries, friendly and helpful and in the 3 times I have needed to drop of client parcels to meet my commitments they have been outstanding, even reminding me to have my own recorded images before leaving. Tonight, they very graceously stayed late by 10 minutes to help recieve peoples parcels, and gave me not even a hint of attitude. What a team, glad to throw my name in the hat of recommendation! 👌👍

T. -.Absolute gem of a place. I was having an emergency and needed to print and immediately send important documents overnight. Not only did the gentleman agreed to stay in after closing time, when I called him in a panic, he also helped me patiently with sorting everything and didnt even have me pay for printing. Such a lovely kind man! THANK YOU!!!!
