T. G.While I can't fault my interactions with the customer service of Mail Boxes Etc in Shoreditch, the value for money of posting with these guys is minimal. If I'd have thought that boxing and bubble wrapping an iMac already boxed in its original packaging would cost £35 and take two days, I'd have absolutely bought the necessary packaging materials and sent it via Parcelforce myself. £77 to post an £800 second hand computer nationally feels like daylight robbery.
F. B.Normal service, courteous staff even though we had some difficulty understanding each other. I leave three stars because I went to the store at 9 AM, opening hours, expecting to find it open, but the staff arrived at 9 16. I was in hurry and than I had to run to reach the bus.

The kind and helpful staff at Mail Boxes Etc have not only repackaged a gift for my father so that it arrives in one piece they've also managed to get it to Portugal before his big birthday, and even went so far as to make sure the courier wouldn't return it. (it's a single malt)
Such kindness is rare.
Especially in these strange and uncertain times.

M. P.Thrilled that their staff now wears masks inside. I do wish they would enforce wearing masks to other customers, but they're the ONLY ones we use when shipping fedex or UPS. If you need a parcel sent quickly, especially to the US, their prices are great, and they're speedy. Again, the only place we mail to the US or foreign mail from. Great Staff!

J. P.Great staff very willing to help price parcels out across carriers. The location is small, but it has the essentials, including packing tap and various envelopes. Not many box options, but not a huge issue. They also have PO boxes available for those looking.
