G. G.Wow, amazing service. We were greeted warmly and our needs were met professionally and immediately. We were able to print documents and ship internationally without issue. It was a swift process but they still had time to bring us delicious coffee from the get go. This business is the embodiment of going above and beyond.
A. E.I got an excellent service from Zafar, who was very friendly, patient and polite, all the time. He told me about some restrictions to send my parcel to Russia, because it’s not possible to deliver parcels to residential addresses (by law, they only deliver to business addresses). He was really helpful, giving advice and providing other options to send my parcel. I was there for one hour and a half, trying to get a business address to send my parcel. He was patient and kind, always trying to offer alternatives. At the end, I could finally send my parcel and I was really impressed and pleased by the excellent service provided by Zafar, who really understands the meaning of “customer service”. I won’t hesitate to visit them again, when I need to send something else. Highly recomendable. Professional service and friendly staff.
