Really love this place! I've lived close to it for 4 years and it changed manager once, but both of them and the other staff were absolutely amazing! The service is competent and super friendly, they always walk the extra mile for the customer and I always like going in there. Sometimes I have difficult things to do like printing huge amounts of sheet music and stapling them together and they are always super-patient even if the store is crammed. Great place - 100% recommend it!

The representative of MBE Kentish Town named Alexa, I believe, is an asset to her company. Very knowledgeable with regards to the goods and services they offer and very helpful; I had to send important documents to the Home Office and she explained the difference in the services they offered and the benefits and limitations of each service, which was very informative. A couple of weeks later I had to send some more documents and once again, I chose the next day service. However, my documents were received a day later than it was supposed to. I called her to let her know what had happened. The lovely lady explained that it must have been due to the festive season but she was willing to pursue this with the Post Office. I asked her to wait and see what implications the late receipt of my documents would bring before she pursued it with the Post Office. Furthermore, in one of my visits, I noticed, with the same skill and passion in customer service as she provided me, she helped a family of four in explaining what boxes to use to send presents abroad. I stood there with fascination. I hope everyone receives the excellent customer service I received. She is indeed an asset to MBE.

Mailboxes Etc offer binding, printing, internet, and document processing services. Essentially, they can do a lot for you, whether its binding your thesis or photocopying that last minute essay. Brilliant. They really saved my life when it came to a 97 page report that we needed colour copied with 20 minutes to go before it was due in.Fast, efficient and inexpensive. Phew!

I have to disagree with Tom, I went into the shop with a huge bundle of papers to copy, the guy there patiently took all the staples apart and copied them and then put the originals back together. It was the best service I had. I highly recommend them. BTW the surcharge of £1.00 is pretty normal everywhere, some places are £2.00!!!!

I was moving from London to the USA, which was a very daunting process, and Oz (please excuse if this is the wrong spelling) of Mail Boxes Etc. Kentish Town, could not have been more helpful during the process! He ensured that I found the most economical prices of ANYONE in the area, assisted me in packing my numerous heavy boxes which included some breakables, and helped me navigate the daunting customs forms so that I would receive my items in a timely fashion. Just received my packages stateside and all boxes came in good condition!! All in all, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Mail Boxes etc. Kentish Town and would recommend them highly!
