I was given assurances, plus full disclosure on import duty by the friendly lady and gentleman in the shop. They also sorted me an amazing deal. They also helped with the packaging at no extra cost. Got a call from my aunty a few days later using the phone. I guess it got there...earlier than I thought!

I used them three times in the course of one year to ship very fragile antique ceramics from London to the United States, and each time they were highly professional in all aspects of the transactions (and very quick to answer inquiries). Each of my objects required custom-made wooden crates, and they were created in a timely manner, and the objects packed wonderfully inside -- on par, I must say, with how a museum would pack an item to be lent to another museum -- with all precautions being taken to ensure that there is no movement of the object during transit. Mrs Mehreen Amjar and her team at MBE Klburn are among the best shippers I've had the pleasure to use in shipping items internationally. (And they ensure that all the customs documentation is correct and in place, so there are no unnecessary delays there!)
