H. G.I needed a valuable framed drawing collected from Bonhams Knightsbridge. Marcello was whom I dealt with at Mailboxes. He was unbelievably professional and kind both through email and telephone. He provided me with clear options for shipping incl. whether or not to apply extra insurance etc..
My picture arrived yesterday. It was so beautifully and securely packed ( I know that sounds weird) but I have been in the antiques business most of my life and wrapping things well is an art form! Marcello had exceeded anything I have ever encountered. So much care and attention and understanding of what he was actually packing. It arrived as said, fast and effectively. Could not recommend more highly a service.
