I went to MBE Lewisham this morning and all the excellent reviews I read earlier about this place and overall Shantel who welcomed me and dealt with my parcel are just still so far from the reality! What a fantastic professional and exquisite person Shantel is! I am so happy and delighted to have found such a place with a customer service far beyond any of my expectations! I struggled to find a cardboard box for the guitar I needed to expedite but Shantel built one with two boxes that just fitted at the perfection and with all the extra care to protect my fragile item. Dear Shantel, I can't thank you enough for your attention and professionalism but also for being this funny, smiling and kind person who made my experience today a real pleasure, you are such a wonderful gem!
